Rich Lepik joined Meeker Sharkey & Hurley as CFO during the fall of 2012. Rich brings a world of diversified experience from the software technology industry, pharmaceutical ventures and with international manufacturing enterprises.
Prior to joining Meeker Sharkey & Hurley, Rich was the Chief Accounting Officer with Skyware Global, a $100 million satellite terminal solutions provider where he governed financial and accounting activities. His lead role was in integrating two recently acquired organizations, implementing new system technologies and establishing new accounting governance policies.
At Narrowstep, a publicly traded streaming internet video company, Rich served as Corporate Controller directing domestic and international financial organizations. As CFO of Nassau Metals/EC&S, a subsidiary of Lucent Technologies, Rich managed precious metals activities and participated in negotiating a managerial buy-out. ECS was the cornerstone of a brown field remediation program to revitalize restrictive property into productive use.
Earlier in Rich’s career, he was employed by the French company ATO/FINA where he held a number of positions involved with merger activities, integration, and operating improvement programs. Rich began his career with Ortho Pharmaceutical a division of Johnson & Johnson.
A resident of Martinsville, NJ, Rich is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, with an MBA in marketing from Seton Hall and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. An Estonian by heritage, he serves as a trustee for the Martinsville Community Center and Director of Public Relations for Morris Somerset County Beekeepers.
