Are You Prepared for an Audit from the Department of Labor?

The DOL can  audit  businesses of All sizes for Compliance.

They are actively scrutinizing legal requirements of an employer’s benefit programs.  The requests by the DOL can be overwhelming for any employer.  They can schedule an onsite Audit or request the information through the mail.  Companies are typically given 10 days to prepare. The associated Fines are substantial.
